It finally started

The Chemo started today and Cathy was feeling pretty good this morning! By later in the day she was pretty tired and it was sounding like she would need to get back on her oxygen. She is also trying to eat lots of protein which she is really only able to do in small frequent amounts as well as up her antioxidants. She is requesting Kim bring her blueberries and she is also sipping Green Tea. Kim has spending all day everyday at the hospital with Cathy. They have been watching some movies as they can in the evening. It is great for Kim having Alecia at the house with the pugs so he is able to do this. We'll write another update tomorrow and also hopefully know if Cathy does indeed get to come home Thursday.
Today's picture is from Perry Stanfield. He bred his girl Beatrice to Cathy's boy Mac and got this singleton. He is 4 weeks old and Perry thought Cathy would love to see him. I bet she will :) If you have been to the shows lately you know Cathy has been showing a puppy named Zack. This is a repeat breeding of Zack. Zack is best known for screaming ringside at the ring if Cathy is out of her site!!
